What it does. Flags AI-writing patterns (vague intensifiers, stock transitions, tidy triplets, “it is not X, it is Y” reveals) and either rewrites them, only detects them, or edits a file in place. It ships a deterministic detector script alongside the instructions.

What we checked. We ran the detector on a deliberately sloppy sample: it scored 36 and flagged words like delve, leveraging, landscape and comprehensive with replacements. It needed a one-line fix on our setup (a CommonJS marker file) because our global folder was set to ES modules.

The honest part. The skill’s own documentation says these patterns are signals, not proof of AI authorship, and cites published audits finding detectors misfire often, especially on non-native English writers. Do not use a score to judge a person.

Who it suits. Anyone editing their own AI-assisted drafts.
